We work with all our sponsors to create a bespoke wish list of attendees they would like to meet during the event and then help facilitate this through exclusive one-to-one meetings and introductions onsite.

This ensures our sponsors optimise their time during the conference, meaning they can more easily measure, and maximise event ROI.

At SDN World, a total of 42 meetings were organised for sponsors in advance of the event from a wide range of operator and analyst companies. In addition, another 24 informal introductions were made onsite at the event.

VMware had a total of 8 pre-scheduled meetings with senior level operator attendees organised for them and they were then introduced to a further 5 key target individuals onsite at the event. These meetings were conducted with very high level attendees from operator companies including Director of Transversal Projects and Innovation, CEO, Vice President, Chief Architect (amongst others).
